Thank you for choosing SPAVital at Pura Vida.

Here are a few suggestions to help you make the most of your visit.

Before and After

Visit Pura Vida’s luxurious fitness facility and take advantage of our complimentary class schedule including yoga, mat Pilates and more. Fitness attire and sneakers are requested. After your treatment, enjoy a warm cup of tea and savor the feeling of complete tranquility. Whirlpools and steamrooms are available to all SPAVital guests.

Parking

Three-hour complimentary parking is located in the Fillmore Place garage. Enter on Milwaukee between 1st and 2nd. Park on the third floor and enter Pura Vida Fitness & Spa. After your Spa service, pick up a validated parking ticket at the Member Services desk on the second floor as you exit Pura Vida.

Drink Water

Because exercise and many of our treatments help your body to release toxins; it’s a good idea to drink plenty of water to hydrate and push toxins out of your system.

Attire

For your comfort, SPAVital provides all of our guests with a robe and slippers. If you wear contact lenses, we suggest leaving these at home along with all jewelry and valuables.

We look forward to tailoring your experience at SPAVital. Let us know if you have specific needs, a gender preference or would like us to schedule your treatment with a certain specialist.

Special Considerations

Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions or any other medical complications are advised to consult with a physician prior to reserving any spa appointments. Please make your spa service provider is aware of any medical conditions.

If You Are Expecting

Your medical professional’s consent is requested before we begin your treatment.  Please let us know which trimester you are in when making your reservation.

Personal Items

SPAVital is not liable for any personal items.

Cell phones

Out of consideration for our guests, please limit your cell phone use to Pura Vida’s main lobby located on the 2nd floor and remember to silence your phone while enjoying your service.

Minimum age

The minimum age requirement for access to SPAVital, spa locker rooms, relaxation lounge, and fitness club is 18 years of age. Guests 18 years of age and over may enjoy private spa services in massage, facials, body treatments, and nail services. Children of guests age 14 to 17 years may enjoy all nail services and a Teen Facial, but must be accompanied by an adult for their entire service.

Cancellation policy

Please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
